This is going to be very vague but i'm at a complete loss as to how to fix this
It appears every time i reboot my Vista Premium 32.
It is part of the OS; i see the mouse cursor, but comes right before the desktop loads.
    Title of the box:
    Rundll
    Contents of the box:
    C:\Program~\UNINST~1.DLL
The specified module could not be found.
    Selection box:
    OK

any idea on how i can fix this?

turns out it was some ad-ware/spyware program relating to the "ASK" toolbar. what a pain. Thank to ccleaner detecting it in the registry, i headed over there and deleted the two "runonce" folders containing the "ask" value
