Can someone please help me find one of these? I have looked through the Yahoo Widgets but can't find?? I don't even know what it is called. I have searched Side Bar and tab but haven't come up with much??

I am trying to clean off my desktop and thought that might help??
I don't want to pay or mess with desktop x or windowblinds as that stuff messes up an app i use call powermenu that lets you minimize anything to the the system tray> I use that alot as I keep mirc and cuteftp going downloading movies :)

Thanks for the help, hope you can tell what I am talking about by the photo??

Thats a weak dock. The best program is ObjectDock. Look at my desktop:

And mine's not a "all in 1 pack". Its 3 seperate programs doing the job :). I prefer it as I can configure it more.

I have been looking for one too, Most of what I found required object Dock or some other program by stardock, All of which are pay programs.

I am quite sure this is based on the object dock software but it is free and it is very cusomzable (notice the firefox icons!! SWEET :)

Glad I helped, I think more people would have these if they knew how easy it was, just a quick install and reboot and ta daaaa

Installer?? I assume you are using Windows XP?? I have Windows XP Media Center Edition and it works fine..

Just unzip and there is the executable .exe file.

I really don't understand what you are having trouble with?? Let me know if this does not get it and I will try to help further.

Thanks a lot. I've seen these themes before but didn't know where to get them.

There are some amazing looking ones but after some google search, I found that there might be some problems with them (involving system restore/backup restore) and I'm afraid of that (have the OS recovery disk but don't want to do all the process again).

    Experiences anyone ?

Well I have been using this since Saturday and have had no trouble?? I did do a restore point before I installed.

My thought: It is free, if it crashes my computer??? Well it was free and I did not have to pay for Objet Dock!!

Will let you know if I have any trouble though...

You can do it with stock Windows. Two simple steps:

    1) Put your shortcuts in a folder on the desktop.
    2) Drag that folder to an edge of the screen.

Instant Toolbar, No extra processes to gum up the works...

I've been using VistaInspirat for months now. It is perfectly 100% stable, took absolutely nothing to install, and uses no processes. It just goes by XP's theme engine. Brico packs are a part of Windows, so there is no harm in installing a third party pack (provided it is a trusted source).

I just installed one of the Brico Packs (what the hell, if I have the OS recovery disk why not give this a try ;)) and it looks amazing :D

Thanks for sharing this info guys, this forum has been an amazing finding so far :)

I'll keep posting in case something weird happens.
