I use a PDF plug-in (Installed with Acrobat 6.0) to save email as a PDF, the problem I'm having is the plug-in Icon (located on the menu bar) is not available for all tabs. Its only available with the original tab used used when i first open the browser.
So if I have three tabs opens, and on the third, I can't figure out how to lauch the PDF converter. Anyone else have this problem?

Sounds like you may need to upgrade Acrobat. When 6.0 came out, there was no such thing as tabs in IE, so I'm guessing it doesn't handle them right.

Alternatively you can print the email as pdf. Just select the acrobat pdf distiller as printer. Et voila. Works all the time =)
