Hi! I have found a similar thread in your forum about this topic but for linux, windows tablet.

I am a doctor and as I read I highlight and add ink to many books and articles. I will usually read and anotate in android tablet, but my primary library (about 40-50Gb) is in my laptop.
If possible, I would like those changes to be editable, since I will read diferent chapters at different times. but if not, I just want the changes to be there, many times happened the edited part of the pdf is not there anymore.
right now I am using adobe reader on the android device, just signed up to adobe cloud, but unsure if this will help with my problem.

    Many thanks for your help!

If it works for a windows tablet, the metro app should also work under Windows 8 and above.
