    Hello,
    I have office 2007 and Vista business and untill yesterday, I can not open any links in my outlook.
    I get the following error msg.

    " The operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

    Does anyone know what do to?

    Are you the only user on the computer. If your a secondary user, you may not be able to view some files, or there may restrictions with your web browser.
