How do I let Outlook show me all the information including the contacts email address?

The only option where Im able to see the email address is when I select the card-option.

But I dont want to see the cards.. I want to see a overseeable list.

    I hope you understand me.

    thank you

Right-click the Contacts folder in Outlook, and choose list view. You can also export your contacts as a *.csv file which can be opened in Excel.

Or switch it to Phone List from the View -> Current View, then select View -> Arrange By... Email account. The list is totally customisable - right-click on the title bar of the list and select Field Chooser. Drag any field you want to into the list.
