I have a large size of outlook 2003 backup to work with.

Anyone knows a good way to back up my Outlook 2003 data, and restore/import it to the Outlook 2003 in the new laptop?

When i used to use Outlook I used this:

It worked well and you just need to back up ur folders just in case this failed like this:
http://www.sitedeveloper.ws/tutorials/outlook.htm

That worked well for me.

Go to Microsoft site search for PST Backup. It's awesome, backs up your entire personal file, contacts/calendars/mail. everything mine is around 3gb it has schedule back up and restore. it's very FREE and it's from M$
