The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    How can I have a desktop that has a Organizer/Calender/Planner???


    btw......i have no icons on my desktop

    Why not just keep outlook open and when you need organizer/calendar/planner, just switch to the outlook window.

    If you don't like that, there are alternatives
    - outlook tasts in windows sidebar
    - sticky notes in windows sidebar
    - calendar in windows sidebar

    all free and you can move them around..etc

    Ya, I load my outlook minimized on startup and keep it in the tray only. Does the job awesome.
