Does anyone know of a good ISO (to & from ISO archives) conversion program?

Specifically looking for a freeware/OS (open source) program, not paid ones such as UltraISO, WinISO, etc.
    PS-
7-zip will read from, but not convert to .iso file.

It's not free, trial version has file size limit, like UltraISO.

ImgBurn in build mode will create ISOs. Just change the output type from disk to image file.
