Which version of vista? Office ultimate 2007 doesn't have a problem with my installation of Vista home premium (64 bit).

I would download the trial version from Microsoft's site and then just use your key. I didn't have any issue with it on my computer.

Try downloading the Trial, which is the real thing. Then use your key.

The only problem I've had is with Office 2003 and Vista 64-bit AFTER installing SP1- Vista didn't like MSO 2003 but I fought with it until I won....It was Vista's (or Microsoft's) attempt to wear me down and force me to learn MSO 2007, I know it!!!
