Today I open a picture in Windows Photo Gallery (which is default program) and notice a yellowish tint that seems to go over the picture and the white empty space beside the picture.

Attach is a screen shot of the picture with the actual pic opened using Windows Photo Gallery & Paint.

This yellowish tint happens to any picture when I use Windows Photo Gallery. It is odd that the section beside the picture is also affected. I have no idea what's going on. I have open the same pic in Adobe Elements/QuickTIme viewer, Paint & Even thumbnail view in explorer is not affected.

Odd thing was I first notice this when I was in Adobe elements. However a reboot and it disappeared. My computer is freshly built Vista on 64 bit.
