For some reason my computer on Vista 64 will just freeze and lock up 15 mins after start up. Everything was working fine UNTIL I installed Vista 64 SP1. Has anyone else been having this issue? Any suggestions or fixes? Thanks
    cheers!

Did you update your drivers? There has been numerous stories regarding drivers and SP1 for Vista. One of the major issues seems to be with Intel and the chipset drivers.

I would suggest updating the chipset drivers along with all of the other drivers on your system.

Determine which chipset you have a download drivers accordingly.

Did you laptop come with a cd/dvd full of drivers? Are there any "?" in the device manager?

Failing that, contact the maker of your laptop and demand a run down of the exact parts used in your laptop.
