    I have got a small but quite anoying problem, everytime I restart my laptop and try to open Word file or photoshop file or any of those kind of files it says Not Responded, than I press Don't send, and from the second time it opens it. I tried to reinstall windows, and word - does not help.
    P.S. my laptop Ferrari 4005, may be someone had this problem plz help! Thank you very much!

    The prpblem could be with programs you have running in the background. press ctrl+alt+delete and go to processes and see if there is anything that takes up all of the system's power. if that doesn't help format your hard drive since the problem is probably not with word or windows but with something else.

    and if you find that 'system' is using 100% cpu, or one of
    the system services (svchost), try using 'process explorer'
    from sysinternals.com to break down the process list into
    more managable and detailed chunks.
