Both Norton SystemWorks 2006 and Norton Internet Security 2006 uses a huge amount of system resources. Does anyone know for sure which one uses more?

Please give reasons to support your answer.

The only parts of the suite that use valuable runtime resources are the ones that typically run all the time, like antivirus, firewall, spyware protector. If you use Norton Systemworks for just the utilities (Disk Doctor, Speedisk, Ghost), it will not bother you.

In general, the more you have running, the more resources they eat. I think that the Systemworks suite only has the antivirus. Internet Security adds the firewall on top of that, and as such will consume more resources probably. Of course, you can turn everything on and off manually.
