It's a router setting. Once you're at the router setup you can click 'help' and read what it says.

I made a mistake of my previous answer and hit the send.

The reason I asked this is because I am trying to use Windows Live Call and
I can't get it to work. The connectivity test says I am using a Non-UPnP
    Firewall.

What is confusing is I do NOT have a router, I'm using a laptop.

I looked at all of my programs and I can't see any program that would relate
to a router unless it is hidden in something else.

It is an universal plug and play (UPnP)–enabled firewalls.

Might want to look at this. It may help but seems a bit technical...

Are you using any firewall besides Windows? Perhaps you need to allow Live Care.
