I have no orientation selection on my laptop. I need to change it due to my external monitor. Here is the picture of my screen resolution on control panel.

For some reason the second monitor is not being recognized. I'd switch from whatever you are using to either a VGA, DVI, or HDMI cable and see. Restart computer and have the monitor connected when you do.

What GPU do you have? Some GPU drivers have the orientation (screen rotation) feature turned OFF.

Oooo the external isn't plug in. The point is that there is no change of orientation option. It's using the integrated GPU. It's using an intel 4 series express family chipset. This is from my old HP dv4 1435dx
