    No HD installed?

    Just rec my Sager 2090 today. Dropped in Windows XP CD to install OS and get BSOD saying setup not finding any HD installed! Now what?

    Does the Sager have the BIOS option to disable SATA support? If not, you'll likely have to slipstream the SATA drivers to an XP disc using nlite.....

    Go into the BIOS and disable "AHCI". It should allow the XP setup to go threw.


    BTW, Congrats on your new laptop :)
