Well i would like to say that i am the proud new owner of the LG Vx9400 from verizon. I have always hated my Ipod, so i decided to get a phone with music. So far, that was a waste of money, because the V Cast does not support Vista, or vice versa. Is there anything i can do to still Sink my phone up? I mean, my computer doesnt even reconize that i have it hooked up. And i also have a memory card that i can put in my computer, but when i try and put files on that directly, nothing shows up on the phone.

Welcome to Verizon. They lock down and change the firmwares of all their phones to basically keep you from doing interesting things with it.

I think you may need to change the music directory somehow, in the phone, to set it to use the external card rather than your internal memory. But I can't vouch for anything. I'm actually getting rid of Verizon soon here, since they annoy me with their "walled garden" approach to content.

I think they give you either 15 or 30 days to cancel the contract.

You have 30 days to cancel the contract without paying an early termination fee and as long as you port the number to another carrier, you will not have to pay a cent, even for airtime charges. If you do not port the number out, you will get pro-rated charges.

By the way, if you want a REAL music phone, look into Sony Ericsson

Wow, i was seriously about to cancel my contract, but i went in there, they were going to charge me 30 bucks for a new Vista CD, and i said "i would like to terminate my contract." Then they said "Wait" they gave me the CD for free, along with a full refund on my phone, and let me keep my phone. And i had a 300 dollar phone http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,2105676,00.asp

All in All, Verizon gained a lot of respect from me there, giveing the customers what they want.
