    i,m having a problem with built-in MOTION EYE® camera, not working after re-install XP windows.

    i think the problem is caused by nettwork smart capture, which is not installed on my system as i dont have a original CDs of my laptop.
    so any one knows where to locate this network smart capture, or knows how to slove this problem..

    Sometimes after re-installing an operating system you need to re-load deviced drivers as well. This is particularly true if you did NOT re-install to the SAME folder/directory. I would first check the Sony support website for your particular TR model. Generally, they make available the latest drivers for various devices built-in to the laptop. If that doesn't get you anywhere, do a Google search on either 'Motion Eye camera', or 'netwrok smart card'. That should yield many links that you can investigate.

    thanks for ur reply. i have done taht ( re-load the device drivers) but as i said i dont have the original CDs. but still not successed with that. i couln`t find out where is network smart capture, i tried google also but got nothing useful for me.
