    I want to make the blue(main toolbar) black,how do I do it?I also want a program like Mac's expose where I can switch windows with a button.

    you can use alt+tab to do that, i think thats what you talking about

    You can change the Task bar (I'm assuming that's what you're talking about) colors by right-clicking the Desktop and gooing to the 'Appearance' tab and changing the color of '3D Objects'. No 'program' needed.

    umm 3d objects changed other stuff,I want to change the bar that contains the start button and the tray icons,what do i change?

    You must be using one of the XP Luna themes. I don't like using that on a laptop because it eats up so much screen real-estate. But you probably want to look at a site like http://www.themexp.org/ to do what you're wanting.

    That window switching gimmick you're after is called Expose under OS X. There are several apps that provide the same functionality under Windows XP, detailed in this thread.

    Funny some people pay out on macs then immediately copy the shiny bits... ;)
