The problem I'm having actually is booting my Windows 7 partition. I have Windows 8 booting nicely off a VHD I made in Windows 7, but when I select Windows 7 to boot in the boot loader I end up loading the Recovery Console instead of Windows 7. I'd just make a partition, but I have 4 partitions already (the System Tools, Windows 7, custom System Recovery, and HP Tools) so VHD is my best bet unless I replace a partition with it. Anyone have any idea to why I'm booting to the Recovery Console instead of Windows 7? The device I'm using is my HP Touchsmart tm2t, with an i3 and Intel HD graphics.

I am guessing that by installing VHD, Windows 7 now sees it as a replacement for the system partition (your max of 4 partitions?).

    cheers ...
