Right now my music collection is on an old desktop and I'm using Itunes on a new notebook to access the music across my wireless g network. What I'd like to do is change my router to wireless n, attach a gigabit NAS to the router, and move all the music to the NAS. Now how do I keep my itunes library and playlists intact on the notebook while changing the location of the music? I know if you move a file and itunes can't find it you can manually find it but I'd rather avoid going through the process of doing that or completely redoing the library on the notebook(again, long story). I'm really lost on this and itunes help doesn't really help.

i know if you go edit preferences advanced you get the iTunes music folder locater. so if you move all your music change that location and it should work. it worked for me
