I seem to have a problem. Right now, I have Steam and tf2 running on my laptop, but it seems frozen. Not the OS or anything, but tf2 itself. When I run my mouse over tf2 on the taskbar (it is minimized) all I see is a white screen. I want to know how I can stop tf2 from running (a right-click brings up nothing) and then safely turn off/restart my machine. Thank you.

Open up task manager, go to processes, find hl2.exe and end process. This will cause tf2 close, and after that you can restart.
