So i have a DV2104eu notebook from HP, and when i bought it at xmas it says i can get the free upgrade to vista.
So i went to order it and there are a few things i have got stuck on.
It says it needs proof of purchase or a delivery report or something...i cant find anything like that, all i have i think is the confirmation email.
Secondly when it said operating system it had 2 choices windows xp home, or windows media centre 2005...i have windows media centre 2002.
SO please please please someone help.

There should be some sort of confirmation number on your e mail or Invoice number...try to use that

You have Media Center Edition 2005. As with most people...when you open up the general tab on system properties...it says 2002. The OS has been updated since then...but the only way to tell is to check the version of media center. Not to worry...choose 2005.
