    From what it looks like, you tried a Windows 7 theme on Vista. My friend had the same problem with XP and a Windows 7 theme. Try a System Restore back to before you installed the theme.

    Did you try a Windows Seven theme like Shadow said ?

    use the restore point created while installing this theme , press start and type system restore and then choose the date before u installed this theme
