This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Need a program to optimize live streaming

    I found some few channels on the web.They buffer alot,are there any programs to optimize streaming.

    There are only a few ways to do this - you can upgrade your broadband service to a higher Mbps rating, or if you are on a home network, you can get "Broadband Enchancers" which are standalone, driveless, router like devices that attach in-line with your router and modem. It supposedly helps move packets/streaming media more efficiently over the network.
