What do I do when I have a NTLDR error?
Can I just reinstall or is it hardware problems like the hdd or the mobo?

I would run a hard drive test. This could indicate imminent failure. You can download Western Digital's Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for free to test it. If that doesn't work try Seagate's Seatools. Both can be burned to cd and booted from to test the drive, so no Windows booting required.
