    Yeah :) I dont know if you have the power, but may be we could make a thread with these softwares here, that are being updated frequently / constantly and link them to the latest... :) These things like CCleaner are awesome.. :) Oh btw, may be if we click the links on the free software thread may be we would go directly to the latest download page.. no? Yeah, probably no need for another thread :)

    Anyways, thanks again.. I installed the new one :)

    I guess the updates are there for a reason, with new things, enhancements, bug fixes, definitions and so on.. and considering how good it is for a premium laptop, I don't mind doing it and I would on any day recommend updating to others as well :) of course, the end choice is yours.... anyways..

    You could also opt to use one of the update checkers from the free software thread and use that to help you keep your programs up to date. I use FileHippo Update Checker and it detects and provides updates for 19 of my programs.

    cCleaner updates are always welcome, considering that new programmes are being constantly released, thus new registry entries that need to be cleaned up etc ...
