    My HP210-1014TU Can't Install Xp

    Just bought new hp 210-1014TU for my brother and now the problem is, i cannot install xp pro sp2 in it.

    I use this method _http://wintoflash.com/home/en from kingston 1gb usb flash drive.

    Cannot detect any hdd on windows installation option.

    I don't know what to do now..

    what os came with it? use that. xp is now about 9 years old, and outdated.

    but if you want, you can read up about ide/ahci modes in the bios, or slipstreaming sata drivers onto your xp disk.

    You could use nLite ( http://nliteos.com/ ) first to create an image with necessary drivers, then use that image as base for that flash installation.
