I keep on getting not responding, and it takes forever just to load something. also i lag like crazy when i do everything. I have a core 2 duo 1.7ghz processor and a 2gb ram. on windows task manager it says that im using 100% of my cpu and only 40% of my ram. I do not know how to fix this, im running vista and i currently do not want to format my computer. thank you and please help

Can you do a system restore to a recent checkpoint? What is the last major installation/change you made to your system?

Is it true that NOD32 uses up all of your CPU? I myself like Kaspersky and Avast. You said your D630 suddenly had gotten slow, but what happened right before that?
