Does anyone know of a decent little multi-track music recording program out there that's free?

Something like "Audacity" but just a little bit better.

    Thanks.

Try WavePad. I've used it a few times to edit audio for a PowerPoint presentation. I would also recommend AudioEdit Deluxe however that one is not free, but it does have a 15 day trial.
