Today I tried to set up ventilo to talk to my friend while in game. I was surprised to find out that the text-to-speech feature wasn't working. I tried to run the windows narrator program and is says that my speech component wasn't there. I eventually found out that I'm missing the entire speech library that should come with windows. Anyone have any idea where i could this voice/speech library?

Try your Windows CD/DVD for starters. It should be on there ready to be installed.

Have you disabled any Windows features?
