I need help with IE9 and I hope I am in the right forum. My HP desktop runs W7 64-bit with IE9. A few days ago the top of IE9 window went invisible and it re-appears for a few seconds when I point the cursor to the top-right corner. I don't know what caused this annoying feature to activate. I can't find an IE Option that fits this description, and I can't recall if I did anything that caused it. I need help in returning my IE9 window-frame to its full-visible mode. Please send instructions if you know what to do.
