Hey quick question. My sister bought the above for her laptop. Is it possible & legal to also install when I get my new laptop?

Did you read the EULA (End User License Agreement) to see what it said?

I believe you can install it up to 3 computers.

With the U.S. edition, generally, although there are a few more subtleties to the EULA; however, the U.K. EULA might be different.

EDIT: Ok, the OP seems to have changed his mind as to whether or not he purchased the UK version of Office '07.

It probably says on the box. Look it up at an online store in your country, it will probably tell you there too in the description.

Also just a note, it doesn't have Outlook 2007 included. I wouldn't recommend using another version of Outlook with it either. I have read about many problems trying to mix an earlier version of Outlook with Office 2007.

Are you running the US version or the UK version?

Then I'd try to find a copy of the UK-specific EULA/terms of service rather than relying on the US-specific version without verifying that it applies, ipso facto, to UK versions of Office.

Thanks for bringing that up I didn't realise it was for the US version. Just checked the UK version & it can also be installed on up to 3 devices.

Perfecto! I sorta figured that would be the case, but since you wanted to do it properly and legally, I figured I'd be pushy on the UK/US thing. :D
