Does anyone know where I could find it? I've been looking everywhere for it to no avail? The Toshiba bluetooth stack doesn't like my Razer Orochi and MS stack was what I was using before reinstalling W7 on my new hard drive.

Uninstall the Toshiba BT stack, and restart, Windows 7 will automatically install the MS stack. It's included with Windows 7, you don't need to search anywhere.
