I put this on another computer in the house because that person was used to IE....it seems very fast. It's just basically a skinnable IE 7 with a couple of added security features isn't it? Anyone have any good or bad about this browser?

There are themes for FF to make it look like IE. And, there are extensions to make the title say "Internet Explorer 7". You could have tricked them into using FF. It's for their own good.

Yeah, I thought of that....I wanted to check it out anyway, but I did notice it seems very fast. There seems to be a modicum of support for themes, etc.

Maxthon is fast but it essentially uses IE interface. I used to use it but ended up only using IE7 or Opera and sometimes Safari.

It tends to eat up alot of memory though I can't say if IE7 doesn't or not since I don't use IE7. Also, the option to clear the cache on closing doesn't work yet. It has to be done manually if you want it (Tools => Safety => Clean Browser History).
Personally, I really like Maxthon, I've been using it since it was MyIE

I use this browser as my main, and its very good. Fast and reliable! It doesnt load websites differently like firefox sometimes do, if they are made for IE.
