Is there a program that allow me to make a keyboard shortcut for any part of any program?

What I'm trying to do is delete my dad's junk email quicker.
He's using Outlook and I'm blocking the sender address of the junk email.
But this takes too much time to right click the email go to another pop out thing then clock block sender.

I'm just wondering if there is a way to speed up this process with a hot key?

look at autohotkey for something external.

Most of the msft office programs can be scripted.
