    Make Sky Player Work with windows media centre

    Hi , I just can't make sky player work with windows media centre.. i've set my region to Uk although i have US keyboard and all but still media centre does nothing and sky player doesn't show up at all in windows media centre? I'm out of options.. Googled and tried a lot of stuff but no hope.

    Are you talking about getting it to work in your internet browser?

    If so, check if there is a Windows Media Player plug-in for your browser.

    Are you in the UK? If not, it may be doing filtering based on the geographic location of your IP. In which case, you're just outta luck.

    yes i'm in UK and techincally should have no problems using it. I'm also using uk sky internet. I tried following the method of setting region to UK as my old region was US but still didn't help. I seriously don't want to logon to the webpage each time.

    Hrm... I don't know then, unfortunately. Perhaps they do limit it to browser-only. I've seen stupidity like that from Hulu on this side of the pond.
