I'm assuming you're trying to remove a virus...? Have you identified it, by any chance?

    Sorry for being vaugue.

if you type it in google it is a well known virus

I think its a trojan, I have tried spybot s&d gets rid of lots of stuff everytime I run it but this pop up keeps coming up saying trojan-win32.green something or another, if you click get virus remover it goes to a site thats asks you to buy a program.

this pop up look like the ms official security warning but its not.

I DONT WANT TO DO A FRESH INSTALL PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE.

i use avast on this trojan at one time. it worked, and avast is now staying put on my machines. Download avst and run scan. You can remove avast afterward after the virus is being removed.

You might also want to scan it in safemode

    cheers ...

Just run Panda or something similar from a flash drive to wipe it out.

Check this link on how to make Avast do a boot scan; a scan before Windows/other programs are fully loaded.
Remember to immediately request for a registration key on the download page, a bit of a hassle but the program is worth it.
Also, SUPERAntispyware or Malwarebytes'Antimalware, they both have a free version, are worth a try to wipe out your trojan.
    Check my sig for links.
    Cheers.
