    Im looking for a program that separates download speed like
    I have 600 kbps and I wanted only 1 computer to have only 100 kpbs download speed and without lagging me when playing games is it possible?

    some network swicthes can be confiured that way 10/100/1000mbps or you could just have the LAN on the pc connect at half duplex instead of the switch.

    just go into LAN properties and adjust the duplex settings.

    I don't know about switches, but routers usually have the ability to give certain ports priority.

    Linksys routers actually have a setting for gaming that gives priority to games over downloads.

    what kind of Linksys and i dont think my comp/modem have the duplex/switch =/

    Such a thing is extremely easy to do in router firmware (look up QoS), but pretty much nonexistent in desktop software.

    In other words, if your router doesn't already support it, you can't do it.
