Just a simple question, I tried searching for a program on Google and there are others with the same question but either the question went unanswered or the question was misunderstood.

I often change between my 15" laptop screen, 24" monitor and 4K TV. Switching around causes the icons to move around, I would simply like them permanently put in place. I feel like that would be a simple program to make, but it seems like there is no reputable looking programs for it that I could find. I found one that someone recommended on a Windows forum but it had a very very small amount of downloads

I would also like to know a solution to this problem. The TV isn't detected until I turn it on, so every time I move my Recycle Bin it's right back on the built in screen next time. Quite annoying

    Also on Windows 10

I'm very surprised they don't have more info on this. I feel like not even Microsoft employees know this lol.
Thanks for the info, gonna try this "refresh" out a bit and see how I like it and if it doesn't work as good as I'd like, I will try that program
