Is it someway possible to see the specific times, when i or someone has logged on to a specific computer?

I have a suspicion that my brother used my computer at one point, and if i could check that from somewhere, then that would be very nice.

Pardon my english, ain't my native tonque

Putting a password on would be a good idea. But as for the incident you wish to look at...

If you go into the Control Panel and then the Administrative Tools, you should be able to enter the System Event Viewer which MIGHT show some activities that would happen during system boot. Not sure about just logging in though...

I tried rooting around in some .log files, but I couldn't find anything definite to give you. :(

Setup security in secpol.msc, here, (Click Local Policies -> Audit Policy)
Then, you can Monitor attempts to access and change settings in Windows Vista using event viewer.
