Well, I installed the Korean language Pack, but when I go to Regional Settings > Advanced, and select the drop down list to select my language to use on any non-Unicode programs, 'Korean' does not seem to show up.

I also do not have my Windows XP CD so i cannot select the install Asian languages on the 'Language' tab as it asks for a CD. Any help, please?

You will need the XP CD and select "Install files for East Asian languages". The Korean language Pack you installed on top is for the user interface and menus.
