    When I tray to make a call it gives me next mesage - sound device problems are preventing this call, tried reinstaling audio drivers and sound card drivers.
    Please help.

    i am also facing this same problem,also i could not able to get voice in yahoo chat rooms ?? please help....

    I am using Dell Inspiron 1420 with sigma Tel High Definition Audio

    You are under Vista right? If so, start the program under XP compatibility mode should fix the sound card problem.
