I have an Acer Notebook PC with a webcam. I want to record my voice and save it somewhere on my PC Hard Drive to send as an attachment. Can I do it? How?
I have Windows 7 Home Edition, Google Chrome, IE, Firefox, Skype and YM, if that helps.

Also, Windows Movie Maker 12 can record your webcam video and the sound and make a movie.
