For example I want to use ATI Mobility Catalyst 6.3 but they have some bugs I would like to take care of, is it possible to integrate fixes from a newer drive in the 6.3 version?

If so, how can it be done?

    Thank you

Nope, not unless you've got access to the source code and are willing to spend a few weeks merging the two versions together ;)

You might (haven't tried this though) be able to combine the actual driver files with a different version of the control panel or other utility files.

If you HAD the source code, I would recommend the lovely and open source WinMerge to merge them. ;)
