I have the Corel Office program on my computer(Wordperfect, Quattro Pro etc) which came with my laptop and I don't like it at all.

Recently I got a copy of the Microsoft Office CD and the product key from a friend. I inserted the cd and the installation program came up, I typed in the key, but it says invalid key even though it was the correct one confirmed by my friend. He also said that it worked on other computers

    My questions are:
    1. Why am I having a problem installing this? Do I have to uninstall the Corel Office software first from my computer?

    2. Can I sell the Corel Office software on eBay? I have the CD and will uninstall it from my computer once I sell it. Will it work on other computers or just mines?

    Thanks!
