    A friend has an Dell inspiron B120 notebook. He wants to format and install a retail ver. of XP pro he has. I'm sure he can but If he does what extra notebook and or particular drivers will he have to install besides what comes in xp pro. Thanks

    This contains all of the applicable drivers. Alternatively your friend can simply plug his service tag (located on the bottom of the laptop) and have the right drivers spit out for him (some machines have different options) for that you'll want to go to www.support.dell.com and click on drivers & downloads.

    Thanks Kegobeer. I will tell him and I'm sure he will appreciate it. He and I both appreciate any and all hints,tips as I may want to do the same someday and If anyone has additional tips please post them. I will save them for future reference. Always good to know as much as possible
