This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Insert function not working in office...

    Just a note, apparently, my insert function in office doesnt work...but works in WordPad....
    I guess it's a microsoft issue, anyone else...?
    It's the 60day trial version.......

    I assume you have Word 2007, in which the insert function is disabled by default because it's easy to accidentally trigger it. Turn it on by going to Orange Orb > Word Options > Advanced > Use the Insert key to control overtype mode.
