I have a XP Pro cd and I wanted to create a copy of it. I want to make this copy bootable. To do this, I believe I need the "boot.bin" file. Also known as "Microsoft Corporation.img" .

But, I can't find this file anywhere :( Can someone please help me? Google wasn't of much help

Uhm, it is a bootable cd....so, if you make a copy correctly, it will be bootable as well.

But, perhaps there is something I am missing

    download Barts boot image extractor

    http://www.bootcd.us/Downloads/bbie.exe

insert your cd and make your own boot.img
